Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Video Editor to join our fast-growing marketing team to own all aspects of our video production. As we continue to explore new platforms and video styles, we want to ensure we commit to having the best in-house editor to execute world-class video to help us achieve our goals.
You’ll be mainly responsible for video editing across all our organic platforms and channels, including Website, LinkedIn, Instagram REELS, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok, as well as creating paid adverts for our campaigns.
The ideal candidate:
· Highly experienced in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and rest of Adobe suite
· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
· Strong technical expertise
· Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously
· Experience editing various video projects and inserting sound effects, music, and transitions
· Proficient in creating concept boards and other visual representations of planned edits for video projects
· Excellent communication skills are required to have a solid understanding of project scope and implementation
· Ability to collaborate well with other creative professionals to supply team with premium finalised products
Skills and Expectations
· You have an educational background in cinematography/video editing, digital design OR a proven track record and passion for creating visually appealing and engaging videos that draw upon cinematography and audio.
· You can translate spoken ideas, content, and the Encliptic identity into highly appealing video content.
· You are results oriented, are a strong communicator, and are comfortable with working in remote teams. You will be able to coordinate your activities with content with little to no oversight.
· You are great at time management.
· You feel comfortable with feedback. You can evolve your ideas and deliverables to incorporate feedback to ensure visuals fit the brand language and mission values.
· You’re excited for new challenges in audience engagement.

Salary: £10,875.59-£36,962.32 per year
