This role is full time, 40 hours per week, with 1 in 2 weekends, with no OOHs or on call. You will be joining our team, including our Partners, Dr Elizabeth Smith BVetMed MRCVS (who qualified in 2013 from RVC) and Jodie Worsell RVN (who has been nursing in practice for over 14 years), have a wealth of experience between them.
Based on the Prospect Retail Park in Whitstable, with great transport links to Canterbury, Dover and Maidstone with the M2 and M20 nearby, as well as being on the South East coastline, our fantastic location also means we benefit from a mixed caseload and a wonderful loyal client base, of which a large number are insured. Our well-equipped surgery is purpose built to industry leading standards and has all of the usual equipment you would expect including ultrasound and dental x-ray. We are looking for a proactive Veterinary Surgeon with solid medical and surgical skills, and who is confident with sole charge. Key to your success will be your ability to embrace all aspects of the role, delivering excellent patient and client care. You will be a strong team player and enjoy the variety the role will bring. If you are keen to develop within your own area of interest, we offer a generous CPD allowance with plenty of support, and additional training.
