Responsibilities
Develop design concepts and solutions from brief to completion and adapt personal style to suit the brief/game needs.
Lead and assist in the conception and presentation of designs.
Comfortable working on a variable scale of projects, from developing new brands for our platform, and engaging social content, to the creation of digital campaign creative that stands out from the crowd.
Preparation of design and artwork files to a digital reprographic standard ready for publication.
Develop new branding to help promote new features and aspects of the platform.
Create new assets for existing pipelines, for example: Backgrounds, banners, avatars, and 2D rewards.
Create design wireframes and present them to peers and executive team members.
Support the Executive producer with the product vision.
Work with a multi-discipline team to create new features and content.
Requirements - If you have most of the following, then we definitely want to hear from you.
Experience in an interaction design or user experience role
A portfolio demonstrating good design and graphical art skills (you will be asked to provide a copy of this when applying)
A track record of working with user research to understand user needs, and making design decisions based on evidence
The ability to communicate design and creative decisions to colleagues at all levels across the business
The ability to build positive relationships with partners across the business
The ability to communicate through sketches and low-fidelity prototypes
Previous experience working in an agile, multi-disciplinary team environment
Multi-project experience in either games or entertainment websites.
Key application experience with Adobe tools, and other major art & design apps.
Desirable - but not essential
Skills in Pixel art and illustration
Character art portfolio
Gaming platform design experience
Games feature design experience
Project management experience
