Our customer support team plays an important role in communicating and supporting our customers through the telephone, remote, and onsite service. Our dedicated call centers in North America and Asia provide 24/7 telephone and remote support to our users. Our goal for our support team is to ensure solutions are resolved in a timely manner and making sure problems do not reoccur. If you have good technical, problem solving, hardware knowledge, and customer service skills we are looking for you.
