This position is based in the Family Support and Protection team in County Hall, Chelmsford and the team are looking for someone to interview and start immediately.
Candidates must have current experience in a Senior Practitioner position based in a FS&P team.
Candidates also need current court experience and experience and expertise to support NQSWs.
Newly qualified social workers will not be considered for this position. All candidates must have a less 2 years post qualified social worker experience.
Due to the current pandemic we can offer flexible and remote working however candidates will be expected to conduct assessment and visits as and when required. Candidates will need to be willing to travel into the office when requested.
