We, the Economic Research Division of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, are looking for you, an excellent Scrum Master, to coordinate multiple technical projects (cloud technology enablement, accessibility enhancements, security requirements, etc.) supporting the growth of our information services products.

A little about you: As a Scrum Master you will coordinate a variety of projects that support the design and function of our websites. You will report to a Vice President in Research and work closely with other Agile practitioners, web developers, subject matter experts, and senior leadership.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Product Manager and Product Owners to breakdown project needs and monitor and prioritize the Research product teams’ work based upon knowledge of requirements, schedule, team capacity, and dependencies.
  • Team Facilitator – Facilitate agile/scrum ceremonies such as all sprint ceremonies, scrum of scrums, reviews, and working sessions.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation across the team.
  • Train, mentor, and coach the entire team around the Agile Principles.
  • Help team find the process that fosters self-organization while effectively delivering business value and hold team accountable to it.
  • Continuously enable team growth by assessing work and providing ongoing feedback.
  • Facilitate discussion, decision making, healthy continuous improvement, and conflict resolution by encouraging transparency and building trust among team members.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
  • PMP, Scrum, and Agile certifications preferred.
  • 3+ year’s relevant experience in a role requiring strong technical acumen.
  • Demonstrated experience in an Agile work environment utilizing Scrum methodologies and Agile tools (Digital.Ai or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience in quickly developing an advanced understanding of current business processes and products.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills including solid experience in writing functional specifications.
  • Advanced ability to communicate and collaborate effectively and confidently with users, team members, and management.
  • Skillful at establishing and maintaining organizational relationships with a diverse group of people, in a combined virtual and in-person environment.
  • Perform as a flexible, dependable self-starter capable of gathering information quickly and applying it to projects.

Salary: $89,000 - $100,000
