Hours
Monday to Friday – 9am to 7pm
Saturday – 9am to 1pm.
Salary package
Basic £12,000 plus 10% commission or no Basic with 75% commission.
Job specification
We are looking for a Senior Negotiator to join our team. Working alongside the network of other colleagues to ensure that the client is always getting the best service possible, a large proportion of this role will be to network building a steady association outside of the business.
Primary Objectives
- Have a strategic awareness of the wider 321ICS business to understand the benefits of a multi- disciplined organisation and to cross sell services.
- Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner.
- Carry out viewings with prospective purchasers and manage clients across all price ranges.
- Confident and proficient in dealing with applicants and sellers.
- Manage sales to exchange and completion of contracts through influencing, persuading and negotiating whilst giving best advice to clients at all times in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Assist with pitching, producing reports and prospecting.
- Seek to build the sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities.
- Handle daily applicant enquiries from database system, ensuring that accurate details are registered and actioned.
- Maintain records on a daily basis, chasing applicants and archiving where necessary.
- To be able to manage own diary in an efficient manner and with regard to other team members.
Other Responsibilities
- Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market .
- Good knowledge of surrounding areas.
- Continually examining performance and evolving accordingly.
- Follow health and safety procedures.
Person Specification
- Proven track record in exceeding targets and winning business with 2+ years experience within the property industry.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships.
- Passion to carry out first class work.
- Team player who is well organised and reliable.
- Ability to cope under pressure and relishes a challenge.
- Good organisational and prioritising ability.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Smart, presentable and respectful.
