Job Description
Melrose Wellbeing has in a few short years developed a reputation for best in class psychological support for high-performance businesses in key sectors including finance and law. We set out to fix an overburdened mental health system, recognising that employers had a vested interest in the mental health of their staff, many of whom weren’t getting the help they needed from the NHS. We’ve spent the last few years refining our in-house service and building our reputation, and we’re now excited to embark upon our first growth phase since we were founded.
We’re looking for a creative, outgoing marketeer to help us deliver this growth. Taking charge of the development and delivery of a multi-channel marketing strategy, this is an exciting role for someone who cares about making a difference and can hold their own in a corporate setting. You will work alongside Melrose’s founder to identify exciting opportunities to spread the word about our work, talking psychology and wellbeing at every chance.
It will be your job to:
- Develop and deliver a multi-channel marketing strategy encompassing PR, events, email, social media and outreach.
- Use each channel to help you build new relationships with businesses who are interested in improving their staff wellbeing and workplace performance.
- Manage this relationships pipeline to ultimately win us business.
Person Specification
No prior experience or knowledge required, we’re looking for an eloquent communicator who is excited by this opportunity and motivated to help us grow. The work we do makes a very real difference to the lives of those we support, so it would be brilliant if you were as passionate about this as we are, with a keenness to grow your knowledge of psychology, performance and wellbeing.
