We have an opportunity within the Heath Safeguarding Team, for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Safeguarding Team Administrator / Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) researcher. The post holder will be exposed to sensitive and confidential information when carrying out research for Health MASH and must comply with Data Protection requirements. As part of the team, you will need to display excellent communication skills, together with a mature and sympathetic approach in order to deal with members of the public and a wide range of professionals in a busy environment.
The post holder must demonstrate good IT skills to complete ordering essential supplies, managing administrative process and managing team diaries to ensure the team functions effectively. Ideally, the post holder should have reception or administration experience and must be able to use their own initiative and prioritise tasks effectively.
