Technology Development SoC FAFI (Failure Analysis and Fault Isolation) group is looking for a motivated Failure Analysis Engineer focused on nanoprobing and physical failure analysis.
As the Failure Analysis Research and Development Engineer, your job responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
process and product improvements to enhance yield,
performance, quality and reliability of next generation.
Product and Package technologies.
Collaborate with team of PFA technicians, FA engineer,
and Fault Isolation engineers.
Learn state of art nano-probing/FA tools and techniques as needed for the analysis and for FA development and path finding for upcoming technologies.
This job requires to work, design of experiment knowledge, attention to details, and a sense of ownership.
Produce Nanoprobing/FA report based on nano-probing and FA data analysis and plan for next step FA approach.
This is an entry level position and compensation will be given accordingly.

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. The experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork, classes, research and or relevant previous job and internship experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Master's degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related field of study with 6+ months of experience in the following:
Preferred Qualifications:
6+ months of experience in the following:
Digital/analog circuit analysis.
Experience in SEM/TEM/AFM/probing tools.
Experience with parametric analyzer.
Semiconductor fabrication and characterization experience and knowledges.
