As a National Recruiter you will be responsible for the full recruiting lifecycle while being a trusted advisor to your hiring managers. In this work from home (or virtual) role, you will have a concentrated focus supporting nationwide corporate functions. Responsibilities:
  • Proactively source, screen and hire qualified candidates.
  • Build a sustainable talent pipeline of internal and external candidates.
  • Guide and support stakeholders through the recruitment process from opening of requisition through onboarding of new hire.
  • Uncover top talent through various sourcing channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake and more.
  • Manage candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS Human Resource Management or Business preferred.
  • 2-3 years of recruitment experience required.
  • Experience working with recruitment systems (i.e. ATS, CRM) and maintaining a high level of data integrity.
  • Experience developing and executing a recruiting strategy in collaboration with the hiring manager.
  • Recruiting experience for professional level, corporate positions preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employee interview techniques and applicable regulations including federal, state and city EEO and DOL laws required.
  • Industry experience in property management or hospitality a plus.
  • Successful candidates will have a proven track record of recruiting success, excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the executive team.
  • Ability to travel on occasion for team meetings, career fairs, etc.
