Property Manager
CENTURY 21 London Central is looking for a dynamic Property Manager to join the team. We are particularly keen to talk to anyone who thrives on working within a busy and fast-paced environment and who enjoys providing great service to clients and team members alike.
Job Description:
- Liaise with tenants and external parties such as contractors and management companies for maintenance issues
- Arrange inventory check in/outs, gas safety checks and updates for the utilities companies and councils.
- Perform property inspections prior to start of tenancies and every half yearly thereafter
- Draw up tenancy agreements, renewals and related documents
- Deal with tenants’ notices, update records and inform negotiators/landlords
- Register tenants’ deposits with the Deposit Protection Service
- Ensure terminations, refunds and deposit releases are executed correctly and timely.
- Maintain landlord/tenant/property records
- Ensure that Landlords have up to date gas safety certificate and other records/certificates
- Maintain keys (for managed properties)
- Forward post to landlords
- Any other ad-hoc matters
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in Property Management
- Experience of a Property Management System such as CFP, Goodlord or FixFlo
- ARLA qualification will be advantageous

Job Types: Freelance, Volunteer, Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
