Remap Consulting is searching for a talented, friendly, and enthusiastic individual to join our expanding team in the Presentation Specialist role. We are looking for candidates to support our project and operations teams in all aspects of delivery.

Remap Consulting is a specialist pharmaceutical pricing, reimbursement and market access consultancy offering an integrated, evidence-based approach to optimising price and patient access for our client’s products. We work with a broad range of clients, from top 10 pharma through to small start-up organisations on a diverse range of business-critical projects, market access training and product launches.
Job Purpose
You will be working closely with senior management, operations and project delivery teams in preparing and supporting various projects such as styling and formatting documents for pitches, client deliverables, training materials and providing various administrative support activities that support our strategic pricing and market access projects that meet the client and business needs.
You will be expected to spend approximately 3 days per week supporting the delivery of our projects, principally through interpreting complex data-driven content in PowerPoint. You must be able to clearly communicate complex text driven information through visual representation in PowerPoint in a concise and impactful way. Fundamental to your PowerPoint capabilities will be solid formatting and proof-reading ability to ensure our deliverables are accurate and consistent. As part of your application, we would like to see a portfolio of presentations work demonstrating your capabilities in this area. Your remaining time will be spent on various other administrative responsibilities, which will vary week by week depending on the needs of the project/business.
The role requires the ability to work well as part of a team but also be self-motivated to complete the tasks independently, using your own initiative where appropriate.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating engaging data revisualisation’s, recreating figures and data-led charts in PowerPoint such as styling and formatting documents for pitches, client deliverables, training materials and providing various administrative support activities that support our strategic pricing and market access projects that meet the client and business needs.
You will have a proven creative aptitude of developing and communicating complex information visually in PowerPoint in a clear and simple way coupled with strong administrative skills. Candidates will be highly organised, able to efficiently multi-task and can communicate effectively in a friendly and courteous manner at all levels and have a keen eye for detail with an ability to complete tasks efficiently to meet challenging deadlines.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, confident and have a flexible approach to work. You should be able to demonstrate good organisational skills including the ability to multi-task, prioritise work under pressure and meet conflicting deadlines. You will be willing to go the extra mile to support a diligent team of like-minded individuals.
Required skills
- Proven advanced PowerPoint creative design with a minimum of 3 years experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical / life sciences industry
- Highly proficient in creating meaningful PowerPoint presentations through creative design, advanced drawing techniques, formatting and animations
- Ability to work quickly and accurately to produce original and compelling presentations using native PowerPoint
- Strong typographical and composition skills
- Proven administrative experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry and/or a consultancy environment
- Excellent IT skills – Spreadsheets, word processing, PowerPoint, email, and data entry
- Excellent work ethic and commitment to delivering high quality work
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of graphic software (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign – Advantage
- Portfolio or work samples (presentations preferable) – Advantage

Key Responsibilities
Presentation Design Skills
- Responsible for the comprehensive preparation of PowerPoint presentations for designated projects to be delivered to global pharmaceutical clients
- Creation of effective, dynamic and well-thought-out internal and external presentations
- Formatting and styling of high-quality creative PowerPoint presentations to specific guidelines with a high level of consistency and accuracy
- Creatively re-visualise and animate slide content, recreating figures in PowerPoint
- Create new fit for purpose icons, figures and diagrams and re-drawing graphs, charts and tables in PowerPoint
- Proof reading and document formatting ensuring adherence to company branded guidelines
- Manage your own projects, ensuring deliverables are achieved within stated timelines
- Support the team in the creation of high-quality reports, presentations, and other client deliverables
