Plant Fitter required at FM Conway!
FM Conway is looking to recruit a self-motivated and proactive individual to maintain and repair our wide range of heavy plant and small tools. This full-time permanent role will be based from our Dartford depot and offers a wide range of benefits including 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.
We are looking for candidates who have knowledge of heavy plant including electrical and hydraulic systems. You will be IT literate and must have a full UK driving licence.

The Plant Fitter role
As our Plant Fitter you will be responsible for maintaining our large fleet of heavy plant and small tools. Other duties will include:
- Completing paperwork following any maintenance activities
- Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance to our wide range of plant
- Working as part of a team and alongside management
- Working safely in compliance with risk assessments and method statements
- Challenging any unsafe practices
- Problem solving, identifying parts required and rectifying faults
