Who We Are
Since 2006, 23andMe's mission has been to help people access, understand, and benefit from the human genome. We are a group of passionate individuals pushing the boundaries of what's possible to help turn genetic insight into better health and personal understanding.
- Manage our subscription and refill service, which will include following our protocols to ensure safe authorisation of refills.
- Responding to patient queries via our messaging system
- Help manage our Depression and Anxiety service
- Attend training events and meetings when needed
- Streamlining processes for the services we offer
- Input into processes to improve efficiency
- Provide technical and administrative support
- Keep up-to-date with operational tasks e.g update out of stock figures regularly
- Collating data and carry out audits
- Working with the wider clinical team to WOW our patients
What You'll Bring
- NVQ level 3 technician
- GPhC registered
- Good IT skills and computer literate; able to operate a spreadsheet
- Medicines management experience
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a strong desire to improve our processes
- Good time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Maintain your own CPD and membership with the GPhC
- A flexible team player who can thrive in our start up mentality, as we have a lot to learn and iterations are frequent
Strongly Preferred
- Primary care experience
- 2 years post registration experience
- Experience with carrying out audits
- Operational experience
- Analytical literacy skills
