Outstanding opportunity for an existing Billing Manager or Senior Consultant with excellent people skills to lead and develop a team supplying into the WC M&E, Construction and Fire Security sector.
Reporting directly in to the MD, you will be responsible for an immediate team of 2 experienced consultants and a resourcer; with the remit and investment to grow the team further.
Supported by the senior management team, this role provides an excellent opportunity to join an established business, with full accountability for staff recruitment and development, where you will be instrumental in the strategic growth of the business across the region/s.
You will be taking over a warm desk with live requirements and access to a database of 70,000 potential candidates and client list developed over 30 yrs to hit the ground running.
£45,000 to £50,000 + 30% Commission (1st yr. OTE £65K) + Benefits
