Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To monitor and support the safe operation of the OTM (train) fleet/staff, supporting all areas of the operations department and maximising contractual obligations.

- Attention to Detail and Safety Communication
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Communicate safety critical information as required
- Monitor OTM and staff movements/hours in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure OTMs are resourced as necessary within your remit of control
- OTM shift reports are completed and distributed on a daily basis.
- Real time reporting of any areas of concern
- Issue safety briefings as required
- Order and organise resources
- Carry out any short-term planning
- Work to a fixed roster which includes unsociable hours and weekends
- Adhere to operational policies and procedures.
- Reporting of all accidents & incidents & dealing with safety of the line and operational incidents.
- To ensure all records & databases are accurate & maintained daily
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
