Salary range: £22,777 - £24,948 per annum (equivalent to £11.81 per hour)

Oxfordshire County Council have a strong and dedicated cleaning team County Wide, covering a diverse and interesting range of premises. Our area Management team will offer you full support and guidance throughout your employment.
You will carry out cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning desks and furniture, toilets and washrooms. As well as these tasks you will be expected to provide some deeper cleaning tasks using machinery. Training will be provided.
This role requires a great deal of flexibility and will entail early starts and late finishes as the work routine dictates.
Overtime working can mean some additional hours working required.
A Driving licence is essential for this role as you will be provided with a van to get around to the locations.
Working largely on your own you will provide cleaning cover for sickness and holidays as well carrying out specialist cleaning tasks. The ability to have the confidence to enter a building on your own and get started is vital in this role. You will have the responsibility to open up and lock up premises you work in.
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and flexible person to work at various locations in Oxfordshire.
The job can be demanding and physical at times, so a good level of fitness is required.
