About the Programme

  • 12 – 18 month programme to start in September 2023

  • Based in Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Manchester, Chichester

  • Work towards the Certificate of Insurance (CII) qualification

What you need to have:

Qualifications (required):

  • 96 UCAS points at A-Level or equivalent (B-TEC, T-LEVEL etc) -Applicants at A-Level will need to enter n/a in the degree field to bypass this section of their application

  • 5 GCSE’s at Grades 9 – 4 (including English & Maths)

  • Right to Work in the UK

Skills:

  • The drive to deliver excellent customer service

  • Intellectual curiosity; seeking opportunities to develop new skills

  • Analytical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • An aptitude for project management, data analysis and presentation design

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. “Soft” skills are sometimes the hardest skills of all, and we value these highly

  • Ability to work in teams, be flexible and agile

  • Work under tight deadlines and ever-changing client needs

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) are the largest benefits consultancy in the UK and we work with clients to design the best benefits package for their employees. We are now looking for apprentices to join the MMB Academy working across a broad range of clients and projects. In MMB we want to grow our own talent – this affects the way we hire, develop and promote colleagues. This important strategy starts by investing in Apprentices. The MMB Academy is designed to provide MMB apprentices with a clear path to a career in consulting or management. The MMB Academy offers an intense programme and comes at an exciting time to join MMB.   • Deliver administrative support to consulting teams and clients in a timely manner in line with MMB internal processes

  • Respond to client requests, preparing documentation and analysing data

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve best service for the clients

  • Develop and maintain the required technical knowledge

  • Ownership and delivery of assigned tasks
