Pay Rate
- A faculty member shall be assigned to the appropriate salary grade based on the contract with the faculty union.
- The present minimum starting salary for the Basic Year 9 ½ month contract is:
- Grade 2: Master’s Degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the field $49,922.71
- Grade 2+: Master’s Degree with 30 graduate semester hours in the field $52,479.32
- Grade 1: Earned Doctor in major field $55,037.06.
