Casoro Group is looking for a conscientious Marketing Manager who has strong project management skills, an understanding of customer roadmaps and the marketing strategies for each part of the sales funnel, is a self-starter, and can execute and produce results for the various lines of business for a growing investment firm that specializes in multifamily real estate. This candidate is responsible for relaying information between upper management and a variety of external marketing professionals to promote the business as well as attract and retain investors. Although this role will not have a team that directly reports to them, the Marketing Manager should be comfortable working with external resources and know when to engage them.
Responsibilities
- Brand Management and Company Culture
- Continue to drive Better Homes for Better Lives vision forward across the company, internally and externally.
- Be the brand ambassador and enforce brand consistency in all collateral and communications
- Gather content for and send out the monthly internal company e-newsletter, What’s Happening at Casoro Group
- Be a member of the company events committee
- Events
- Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities at conferences and trade shows
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral and presentations for business development teams
- Content marketing
- Develop content strategy and manage content calendar
- Work with content writers to create blog articles and lead magnet content
- Develop educational videos with company thought leaders
- Ensure SEO keywording and best practices are in use
- Ensure proper hashtags are in use on all social posts
- Report on social media analytics
- Manage website content
- Ensure copy is up-to-date with compelling, properly-formatted images
- Create landing pages
- Track website traffic/behavior
- Manage website developer relationship
- Ensure websites are SEO-optimized Work with CIO and investor relations team to develop engaging blog content
- Manage cross-promotional marketing opportunities
- Outreach and manage marketing relationships with self-directed IRA firms
- Manage speaking schedule
- Develop webinar registration pages
- Develop and manage webinar advertising
- Brand presentation ppts
- Develop and manage advertising of webinar registration
- Edit, post, and share content
- Pardot and Salesforce
- Email list management and organization
- Set up engagement studio programs for lead nurturing email series
- Email creation and development
- Develop landing pages
- Analyze metrics
- Manage External PR Team
- Work with our PR firm to seek and organize thought-leadership opportunities such as podcast interviews, blog articles, quotes, and speaking engagements for director-level and higher
- Identify opportunities for press releases that PR team will develop
- Ensure PR team provides interview prep notes prior to media events and interviews
- Work with PR team to sourcing awards that they can help us apply for
- Google and Facebook Ads management
- Develop and run ads
- Analyze metrics
- Manage SEM vendor relationship when utilizing a third-party partner
- Manage budget
- Influencer and Affiliate management
- Invite the appropriate influencers through the Upfluence platform, and negotiate pricing and terms, review and approve influencer content
- Oversee and manage the efforts of Advertise Purple, our affiliate management company
- Reporting
- Develop monthly reports on all marketing KPIs and results
- Develop and manage marketing budget on a yearly basis.
Requirements
- Hybrid Role: must live local to Austin (or closely surrounding areas)

- Influencer and affiliate marketing experience is an advantage
- WordPress and Squarespace website admin experience, an advantage
- BSC in Marketing, or relevant field
