Our Real Estate Department is currently looking for a full-time experienced legal assistant, who is able to work in a fast paced, extremely busy environment.
The ideal individual will have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the area of Commercial and Residential Real Estate and have experience drafting various documents for all stages of a real estate transaction.
Knowledge of Unity, Teraview, and Title Insurance would also be an asset. The candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, have the ability to manage priorities to ensure all deadlines are met, be able to multi-task, complete work with great accuracy, work independently, follow instructions with minimal supervision, take initiative, when required, and be efficient with time management.
The candidate will also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, which are necessary to draft correspondence and legal documents, schedule meetings and communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and other professionals.
