Job Description
We are looking for skilled Journeyman Flooring Installers, Apprentices, and Helpers.

We service the entire Bay Area as well as the Valley.
Flooring Installer Qualifications:
- Experienced with a wide range of flooring materials for commercial and residential applications, including wood, vinyl, linoleum, LVP, carpet tile, VCT, and carpet.
- Ability to evaluate job sites to identify potential problems and give recommendations.
- In-depth understanding of flooring materials and installation methods
- Capable of levelling subfloors, scrape, and other surfaces in preparation for installation.
- Ability to install flooring materials using hand and power tools in accordance with job specifications.
- Inspects finished work to verify quality and the highest possible standards of work
- Prior experience as a flooring installer or completion of a suitable apprenticeship is strongly preferred
- Has good physical stamina and capacity to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Have the ability to travel with reliable transportation for projects throughout the Bay Area and the Valley
*Those who want to be apprentices must have some prior experience.
*Depending on experience, accuracy, and speed, pay ranges from $18 to $50 per hour (plus benefits).
