As a Japanese Language Customer Service Advisor, we are looking for positive and confident individuals who can support, advise and assist our customers in a wide range of sports and gaming queries.
We are keen to welcome candidates who are passionate about delivering high quality service using their valuable languages skills, whilst working in a fast paced, rewarding environment with fantastic opportunities for progression.
Candidates must be prepared to work any 5 days from 7 including weekends.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy, allowing 3 days per week to be performed at home.
