Job Description
We are looking for a talented and highly motivated HR Generalist to join our HR Team!
Working as part of the UK HR Team, the HR Generalist will be responsible for providing HR operations support to the UK HR Business Partners across the various business lines. They will be a key contact for employees and a strong partner for the managers based in the UK.
As an HR Generalist you would get the opportunity to gain experience within the Human Resources department from all different aspects:

Being a key contact for employees for their request related to their contracts, career, development, and compensation – answering their questions related to CGG policies and processes

Being a sound partner for the local managers and help them with the people aspects of their business challenges

Working in close collaboration with the HR Business Partners, ER, Talent Acquisition, and people development team to make sure you provide to your client group the best expertise and service possible

Actively participate to the challenging recruitment activity:
-
Build the yearly recruitment plans with the HR Business Partners

Draft the job requisition and descriptions and identify the required key competencies and requirements with the managers

Work with the Talent Acquisition team to optimize the sourcing of the right candidates directly or through local agencies
-
Lead the HR interviews when necessary
-
Taking the lead on the onboarding of our new joiners and actively drive and enhance the new joiners’ CGG experience

Supporting the HR Business Partners on their global scope on specific people topics and any other related ones upon your management request

Under the guidance of the HR Business Partners, participating to:

The cascading of the corporate HR initiatives

The right implementation of the compensation related actions (salary review, bonus distribution, promotions)

Long term and short-term staff mobility
-
People development projects and initiatives
-
Management of performance
-
Reorganisations and restructuring
Qualifications
-
BSc minimum qualification, MSc in Business, HR, Law. Sociology Psychology will make a difference
-
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate and partner with individuals at all levels within the organisation
-
Self-motivated, passionate, service-oriented with superior organisational skills and great follow through on tasks.

Outstanding service & Customer focus, to identify and understand the needs of the stakeholders, and provide prompt advise and support
-
Computer literate: including highly proficient in MS Excel & Word
-
Being fluent in English. Speaking French is not required but a plus, which would facilitate the collaboration with the headquarter and the teams based in Massy when needed

Accuracy and good attention to detail

Being an enthusiastic team player!
