Job Description

SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Under the general direction of the Director of Human Resources and Talent Management or designee, performs specialized administrative and clerical work in the coordination of recruitment and human resource functions, with an emphasis on technology.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Associates degree or certification from an accredited business program and three (3) years of human resources-related work experience with heavy emphasis on technology or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

SCOPE OF EXAMINATION: There will be an application supplement No. 23-33 weighted at 50% and a Computer Assessment weighted at 50%, which will assess the ability to utilize the following computer programs:

o Microsoft Intermediate Word

o Microsoft Intermediate Excel

o Microsoft Outlook

o Microsoft PowerPoint
