Front Office Supervisor

Salary: £26,000 + Service Charge* (Conditions Apply*)

The Andaz London is currently recruiting Front Office Shift Leader position.

About the role

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in ensuring the effective running of the Front Office department by assisting our Assistant Front Office Managers.

Some key tasks include but are not limited to:

  • looking after our guests
  • handling their request or queries
  • ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
  • taking action where necessary

About you:

  • Leading the team as our team of hosts are our luggage porter, concierge, receptionists and all things to everyone!
  • Positive outlook and outgoing personality with great confidence and able to direct team members and support them.
  • Sustained and proven experience in the hospitality industry, we expect from you a knowledge in guest correspondence, coaching and training, handling of diverse tasks related to the position. Knowledge of property management system.
  • Great execution and hospitality skills as well as attention to details.

With your intuition and dedication to people, you are always striving to deliver a great service for our guests.
