ROSTER TYPES
Trade Rosters - Receive your roster 1 week in advance to earn an extra incentive payment every month as well as priority over time bookings. Overtime Bookings will be automatically added to your weekly roster but can be cancelled prior. Please speak to us during the application process for more details.
Core Rosters - Receive your roster between 6-13 weeks in advance to give you more time to plan around personal commitments. Please speak to us during the application process for more details.
Starting rate - £10.80 per hour
Freezer premium for all hours worked - plus £0.80 per hour
Night shift premium (between the hours of 10pm and 6am) - plus £1.95 per hour.
Performance based incentives available when targets are met
Overtime paid at basic x 1.25 or 1.5
Days Shift - 04:30 to 14:30 | Nights Shift - 18:35 to 04:35
About the role
As one of our dedicated Personal Shoppers working in the freezer, you will work as part of our amazing team to pick and pack frozen groceries for customers in a busy and fast paced business with great benefits and plenty of opportunities to progress your career. This isn’t like any other warehouse job, you’ll be working alongside your colleagues in a state of the art facility for one of the fastest growing online businesses in the UK.
To join us as a Warehouse Operative, experience isn’t needed. More importantly, you’ll have an eye for detail and the ability to understand and read English. It'll be very cold (-21C), so we'll provide you with a bespoke uniform and you will be able to take regular breaks to warm up! You will receive full training, but you will need to have a good level of fitness and be able to work independently but also be a good team player.
We have a number of shift options available which include, 4 x 10 hour shifts, so you can enjoy 3 days off every week and a range of other options to meet your personal circumstances, whether you need to spend more time with your family, or enjoying your hobbies, or you wish to increase your earning potential.
