You will join a team that works well together to provide care to men and women with learning disabilities; supporting people to lead a valued and fulfilled life. Whether you have been a Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant, you will utilise your experience to support people to lead a valued and fulfilled life.

The shift patterns include working 7 hours a day, between the hours 7am and 9.30pm, including weekends on a rota basis.
Permanent, 35 weekly hours, full time position. Extra hours are optional where available.
Where you will be working
Location: Princes Road, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 6JJ
Holkham House has direct train access to London and Brighton and the M25/M23 motorways are 4 miles away.
You will be working at the Holkham House, providing a specialist residential service for men and women with a range of learning disabilities, including autism and sensory and communication impairments.
Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will support individuals with a learning disability who require a high level of support to live within a community setting and will continue to require this longer term. Service users may be transitioning from children’s residential services, education, or moving out of the family home.
Your aim will be to encourage individuals to lead a full and valued life, enabling them to live more independently through a programme of active community engagement, developing meaningful social networks and developing robust coping strategies.
