The Role
To provide a comprehensive executive assistant service to assist YellowRoc’s on their upcoming contracts in accordance with the relevant departmental procedures. The successful candidate will ensure that the work is completed to an outstanding quality, alongside ensuring that appropriate records and necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
About You
Passionate about ensuring excellent practices alongside a strong quality focus.
Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
Have a proactive approach to work, while following all health and safety standards.
Have excellent communication skills.
Have a can-do attitude and are willing to ensure that jobs are completed successfully and that we leave clients with an excellent lasting impression.
Hardworking, honesty, integrity, reliability, and pride in your work are a must; you will represent the company in your daily work.
Responsibilities
- Making travel arrangements
- Organising and maintaining office systems
- Working directly with high-level employees
- Preparing corporate documents
- Maintaining strict confidentiality
- Organising their superior’s entire schedule
- Sustaining a level of professionalism among staff
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant.
- Familiarity with Microsoft packages.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-orientated.
- A highly motivated and confident individual with a strong desire to succeed.
- A full driving licence.
- A valid passport.
