What to expect:
Watt Utilities work closely with The Big 6 and around 10 other suppliers. As a member of the Energy Sales Team you will be trained to price business contract renewals and new acquisitions using supplier pricing portals and manual pricing tools. You will call up to 200 customers per day and work towards set targets and cross sell our broadband, telecoms and water products offering customers savings on their bills.
Duties will include:
- Contacting existing and lapsed customers to renew their energy contracts
- Assessing customer satisfaction with current supplier and switching if necessary
- Continually meet and exceed the objectives and targets set
- Dealing with customers requests for information and objections
- Deliver consistent high levels of customer service
What we are looking for:
- Experience of Commercial Utility Sales is an advantage. (Gas, Electric, Telecoms, Broadband & Water)
- Fact Finding Skills
- Used to dealing with customers, either on inbound or outbound calls in a telesales or call centre environment
- Proven ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload
- Able to demonstrate flexibility to achieve targets
- Strong communication skills are essential
- Previously had success in a telesales role and proven to exceed targets

Current top sales advisors earn on average £300 commission per week (no threshold) + performance related bonus paid monthly, Commission and bonus are UNCAPPED.
