WE WANT YOU
Our editorial team is looking for an Editorial Assistant to support them. If you’re inquisitive, have experience working in a fast-paced office environment and use Microsoft Office suite with database management experience, we would love to hear from you.
UNDER PRESSURE
The primary function of this role is to proof-read and categorise all new content prior to its publication. You will need to liaise with Account Managers regarding the content as well as familiarise yourself with the individual clients editorial preferences. There is a high level of content turnover every day which means good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure is essential. But we’re also a really social bunch, so they’ll be plenty of time to de-stress.
GO FOR IT
You will need to have a keen eye for detail and a high degree of self-motivation with excellent organisational and time-keeping skills. Once you’ve ticked this box, you’ll also need working knowledge of Word, HTML, and Outlook with the ability to learn in-house database systems with the ability to proof-read to a house style.
