The Institutional Sales Director will manage the growth of the Allianz Lifetime Income Plus product through multiple channels including; directly to retirement plan sponsors, institutional retirement consultants, large record keeping and aggregator platforms and home office broker dealer gatekeepers. You will have 5 to 10 years of expertise in retirement plan sales in the institutional retirement space selling DCIO or full-service record keeping solutions to large institutions. You show you are a team player willing to do what's needed. In addition to these primary responsibilities, you will also represent our ETF capabilities to this same market.

What you do:

  • You will prospect new clients, promoting the Allianz Lifetime Income Plus product in the territory, maintaining relationships with main consultants and gatekeepers, contributing to product and marketing efforts and representing us at appropriate events and conferences in the respective territory.
  • We ask that you have a high level of and the ability to build the delivery of impactful final presentations and meetings along with appropriate follow up
  • Advanced knowledge in use of tools such as Brightscope, Money Market Directory and Sales Force.

What you bring:

Minimum Requirements:

8-10 years of experience required:

  • 5 to 10 years of expertise in retirement plan sales in the institutional retirement space selling DCIO or full-service record keeping solutions to large institutions.
  • Four-year degree required Or equivalent work experience
  • Over 11 years of experience
  • PMP or Agile Certification

Base Salary Range $180,000 - $200,000
In addition to base salary, a portion of your total compensation is based on commissions. Actual commission earned is driven by assigned territory and individual sales performance
