Contract Summary
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
This role requires a passionate, adaptable Delivery Director who builds great working relationships with different stakeholders whilst getting projects and programmes over the line.
Whilst not a technical role, the candidate will be expected to have delivered data driven Products and will be highly comfortable working with Product and Development teams to produce high performance, low latent integrations for our customers.
This role is key to the evolution of the business and reflects the modern-day challenges IMG faces as a market leader in the digital technology space:

Lead the delivery of significant multi-country IMG Arena client projects or multi-phased programmes including those delivering internal change benefits enabling accelerated up-scaling

Handle competing priorities across multiple functions

Set up and drive multi-disciplinary delivery teams

Create a delivery roadmap and drive the critical path

Expose, proactively manage and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies which jeopardise delivery whilst maintaining high pace and quality

Support internal and external stakeholders through the delivery

Build and maintain a good relationship with key clients and partners to ensure aligned and successful outcomes

Create a budget for any programme and track against it over time

Ensure that we make best use of our resources which are in constant and increasing demand

Play a proactive role in the constant improvement of our ways of working along with supporting processes

Support peers and other team members including those who operate on other projects in our client portfolio

Mentor Delivery Leads in the Portfolio team

Maintain strong working relationships with internal sales, business operations, technology teams and other parts of the IMG Arena organisation.

Person Specification
Knowledge and Experience
Mandatory
-
Proven experience leading international digital implementation projects or programmes, ideally with software products within time and budget requirements.

Experience leading internal change projects for tangible benefits with multiple stakeholders

Tenacious in the pursuit to delight users. Strives for excellence and always looking to improve services, products and internal employee experience.

Experience communicating, presenting and influencing key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level
-
Strong process management experience, with the confidence to contribute to building new processes and systems.

Experience in the media, sports or gaming industries

Qualifications and Training
Mandatory

Educated to degree level standard or equivalent

English speaker to business level

Project / programme delivery certification

Languages other than English to business fluent level

Agile delivery methodology certification such as SCRUM practitioner
