Job Description

Location: Units 1-2, Prince Close, Walworth Business Park, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 5LL

Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
(Additional working hours may be required)

Main duties & responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, it will be your responsibility to help deliver professional customer experience, working with our customers to provide product and service solutions.

The desirable candidate will display effective problem-solving skills, assisting in resolving issues and identifying improvements. Customer satisfaction is an important part of the role, as well as building strong relationships with our customers.

Other duties may include:

  • Daily management of phones and the customer service mailbox.

  • Support general enquiries and provide prompt resolutions.

  • Processing and management of orders, ensuring on time delivery and consistent communication with customers.

  • Identify and manage customers’ needs, providing appropriate solutions.

  • Undertake other similar or associated duties as may be assigned to you.

Knowledge & Skills requirements

The ideal candidate will have following key skills:

  • Previous experience in customers service would be advantageous, however is not essential.

  • Knowledge or experience of working within an engineering environment would also be advantageous, however not essential.

  • Customer focused – driven to provide a consistent high level of service.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Competent in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

Full training for the role will be provided.
