As a Customer Service Advisor, it will be your responsibility to help deliver professional customer experience, working with our customers to provide product and service solutions.
The desirable candidate will display effective problem-solving skills, assisting in resolving issues and identifying improvements. Customer satisfaction is an important part of the role, as well as building strong relationships with our customers.
Other duties may include:
Daily management of phones and the customer service mailbox.
Support general enquiries and provide prompt resolutions.
Processing and management of orders, ensuring on time delivery and consistent communication with customers.
Identify and manage customers’ needs, providing appropriate solutions.
Undertake other similar or associated duties as may be assigned to you.
