Your new team
This position sits in our Global Travel Retail business. Global Travel Retail is one of the Group’s largest markets, bringing Pernod Ricard brands to life in the exciting and innovative Travel Retail channel which includes duty-free, cruise ships & border shops around the globe. With a global footprint across more than 20 locations and over 30 nationalities, our working culture celebrates inclusion and diversity. This role is in the Travel Retail EMEA commercial finance team, a team of 5, with close collaboration across different functional teams
Your unique contribution
You will have the main areas of responsibility:
  • Business Partnering of Commercial team, including support for annual customer negotiations, updating tools, building P&Ls and providing insightful analysis and recommendations
  • Support Revenue Growth agenda in TR EMEA, on topics such as Trade Terms collection, RRSP and Price Increase guidelines, Pre and Post promotion/activation analysis and NPD analysis
  • Key stakeholder of S&OP process, reviewing and challenging forecasted volumes and communicating monthly movements
  • Key contributor to Finance deliverables, including Budgets, Estimates, Risk & Opps, Volume Price/Mix analysis and Monthly Business Review meetings
  • Delivery of regional presentations to update other affiliates of Travel Retail performance and key insights
  • Ad-hoc financial support across wider functional teams such as Marketing and Insights
Who you’ll be working with
You’ll work with the GM of TR EMEA, Commercial Finance and FP&A teams in TR EMEA as well as Commercial, Marketing and Operations teams. You will also be working with GTR HQ finance teams and collaborating with counterparts in other GTR regains
Your blend of talent
This position could be right for you if you have:
  • Degree calibre with previous experience in Commercial Finance / FP&A /business partnering roles in a large company
  • Well developed, analytical logical problem-solving skills
  • A positive, reliable, keen learner and self-motivated individual that thrives in a rapidly changing environment
  • High level of self-management and ability to function amidst tight deadlines
  • Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
