Performs a variety of general office tasks including managing the daily operations of guest services at The Hawk – Farmington Hills Community Center, scheduling of staff, daily financial reports, cash handling, shelter reservations, and coordinating clerical assignments. Assist with payables and deposits, computerized program registration, payroll entry, general typing, filing, duplicating, answering phones, counter work, handling mail and operating office equipment. Working on special assignments as directed.
