We are hiring candidates for Business Analyst roles and providing them placement with our fortune 500 clients located all over in the US.
Applicants having gap in their career due to some family emergency or personal reasons but now ready to kick start their career will also be considered.
Training will be conducted for the duration of one month to provide learning/brush up on tools, technologies, methodologies which they will be using while working.
Interview preparation will be given before submitting the profile for interview.
On job support will be there after the placement.
Responsibilities Includes:
- Analyzing and evaluating the current business processes a company has and identifying areas of improvement
- Researching and reviewing up-to-date business processes and new IT advancements to make systems more modern
- Presenting ideas and findings in meetings
- Training and coaching staff members
- Creating initiatives depending on the business’s requirements and needs
- Developing projects and monitoring project performance
- Collaborating with users and stakeholders
- Working closely with senior management, partners, clients and technicians
- Track and report data
- Build cross-functional partnerships, internally and externally
- Manage budgets
- Maintain a competitive market knowledge
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in any stream.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should have Managerial Skills
- Basic Knowledge of SQL would be a plus.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Salary:
Starting pay rate will be $32.5 to $35 per hour with an increment of 10% after completion of six months & 1000 professional working hours
Applicants having valid work permit to work in US will be considered
Note : Candidates on H1B visa & looking for C2C will NOT be considered
