The City of Oshkosh is searching for a BUS DRIVER/Transit Operator. This position is responsible for operating a public bus according to an established route, adhering to a predetermined schedule in a safe, efficient and courteous manner to allow passengers to board, travel and alight at scheduled stops; also performs light routine maintenance of transit vehicles.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, possess a valid CDL, Class B with passenger endorsement and no air brake restriction and a clean driving record. Additional desirable qualifications include previous experience driving buses or large trucks and a clean driving record for at least one year.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.04 - $26.93 per hour
