Day, Night & Weekend shifts –
Tuesday & Wednesday: 08:00 to 19:30 , Monday & Thursday: 08:00-18:30 , Friday: 08:00-19:30
Friday and Saturday: 20:00 - 08:00
Saturday & Sunday: 09:00-19:30
Pay Rate – Days £31.33, Nights £33.20, Weekends £37,74

We are looking for adult nurses with complex care experience to work with our patient in Saffron Walden. The client you will be working with is an adult female with Scoliosis . We require day, night and weekend nursing care and you have the opportunity to join an existing team of dedicated nurses. If it’s your first time working in the community, we have shadow shifts to ensure you are comfortable, and a team of support available whenever you need it.
We are looking for the following key skills;
- Clinical observations - Monitoring of vital signs
- Administration of medications including IM hydrocortisone as required (medical emergency protocol)
- Administration of nebulisers
- Administration of oxygen as required.
- All assistance with: dressing and personal hygiene
- Pressure area care management
- Socialisation, Communication and Sensory needs
- Support client going to Hydrotherapy, trampoline activity centre and trips/outings in the community
