We're looking for a driven and passionate individual to join #TeamEmbello. We’re an award-winning company working with brands to turn their ideas into reality through our industry-leading printing, embroidery and engraving solutions.
Embello has had tremendous growth so far however the ultimate vision is to deliver our ‘everything creative’ solution to over 1-million businesses; which is why we're looking to recruit a passionate individual with a talent for customer service and administration.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your job is to work alongside the sales team, assisting with day-to-day administration and clerical duties.
Ideally you bring knowledge of customer service but your main asset is your proactive approach, that will allow us to keep customers updated and sales opportunities flowing.
- Receive incoming customer telephone calls and e-mails
- Welcoming visitors and guests
- Assist with sales and marketing activities including sending direct mail
- To be one of the key contacts within the business, liaising as necessary across all departments to ensure customers receive a comprehensive response within agreed timescales
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure customer orders are correct and the customers’ expectations for delivery are met
- Attend networking events and meeting face-to-face with clients
