around $13bn and over 40,000 employees. The bpi division has manufacturing sites across the UK, Germany, France, Belgium,
Netherlands, Poland and Romania.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Administrator to play a key role at the Greenock site.
This role will be to support the wider AP team within our Shared Services Centre.
Qualifications:
- Applicants should be known for being a great team player whilst being self motivated and able to work on their own initiative.
- You should have previous experience within an accounts payable department.

You should possess excellent numerical, analytical, literacy, communication skills and a high attention to detail.

In addition, you should be competent in using all Microsoft office packages.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for actioning and distributing the Accounts Payable emails

Processing a high volume of invoices and credit notes

Reconciling supplier statements
-
Create and maintain weekly workflow reports – working with sites and vendors

Prepare and export weekly payment runs

Can work to tight monthly deadlines

Auditing of employee expenses

Supporting wider AP Team during busy periods

Other ad hoc duties as required
