The role and Kaplan International Tools for English
We are looking for a passionate and engaging account executive to promote and sell Kaplan’s online English language assessment, Kaplan International Tools for English, which is used by test candidates and clients worldwide for educational or workforce evaluation purposes. Individuals also purchase tests to demonstrate proficiency to apply for educational institutions and to support job applications. Your key responsibilities will be identifying sales opportunities, developing relationships with prospects and clients and negotiating deals.
Main responsibilities:
Build business by actively identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.-
Identify prospects’ requirements and present products and services as solutions.

Negotiate/close deals and build up channels for repeat business.

Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities and service improvements.

Identify new products or product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.

Gather and report feedback from clients and prospects; advise on future product and service developments.

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences.

Collect and analyse sales information, preparing data and sales reports.

Build and maintain professional networks and management of client pipeline, ensuring integrity, compliance and protocol are followed at all times.

Location: You will have the opportunity to work remotely or in Kaplan’s premises in Bournemouth, London or Nottingham.
Manager: The position reports to the Product Director.
